What information is collected
SQLBrander.nl B.V. collects information that is necessary to be able to show you this website and improve it, and for you to contact us.
We collect general data of our website’s visitors in order to improve our website. In doing so, an SQLBrander.nl B.V. cookie is placed. The information we use is anonymized and is never used by SQLBrander.nl B.V. for personal ends.
We merely use the collected data for the ends for which they were collected.
First, you provide your information upon subscribing to our newsletter. Your first and last name and your email address are registered during this process. Furthermore, we record general information regarding the date of registration for our newsletter.
The general website visitor data are used to display the website and to analyse its visitor numbers, what pages are visited, and where visitors come from. We can use these data to analyse and improve our website in a privacy-friendly manner. The personal details we ask you to provide us with in order to use the ‘call me’ function are merely used so we can contact you by telephone.
We also offer a newsletter through which we inform our readers about any news concerning privacy. Your email address will only be added to a subscriber list after you have explicitly given us permission to do so. Every newsletter contains a URL that can be used to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscription registry is not supplied to third parties.
The data we gather is not supplied to any third parties in any way, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example when legal authorities require us to provide them with information).
Duration of data retention
General website visitor data is collected for a maximum of one year. The data you have provided us with so we could reach out to you by telephone are kept until we have been able to reach you.
To protect any website data from being used improperly, we have encrypted our website. By means of this encryption, data transfer between you and the web servers is rendered illegible, so outsiders will not have access to these data.
Access, correction, and deletion of personal data
The Dutch Personal Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens, WBP) entitles you to access and, if necessary, correct your personal data and/or have them deleted.
